Jarvis Keller are an independent firm of commercial estate agents established in 1986.
We are an independent firm of commercial estate agents established by Kelvin Jarvis and Jeff Keller in 1986. In April 2008 Jarvis Keller changed its name to Jarvis Keller Stephens when Lucy Stephens became director after over 10 years of working for the firm.
The name change reinforced our position as experts in EC1, EC2 and the City Fringes.

As one of the first agents to open an office in Clerkenwell our considerable knowledge and expertise over the last 20 years has helped the area become a thriving commercial city fringe location to rival the Docklands and Covent Garden. Law of Property Act Receivers act for banks and private lenders who have secured their loans by a Legal Charge (mortgage) on a property. Under the terms of the Legal Charge the lender can appoint a Receiver to deal with a property when the terms of the mortgage are not being met - usually when repayments and interest are not being paid
